On behalf of the Anglo-Australian Telescope (AAT) Council, Astronomy Australia Limited (AAL) seeks to appoint two new members to the AAT Time Allocation Committee (ATAC) and four new members to the AAT Users’ Committee (AATUC).
This Call for Nominations has been extended, and applications now close on Friday 21 May 2021, 5 PM AWST. Late applications will not be accepted.
Please note one position on ATAC will start in July 2021, and the other will be available from January 2022. One position on the AATUC is reserved for a postgraduate student and one is reserved for an international committee member.
ATAC allocates time on the AAT, as well as Australian time on other telescopes with agreed access via the ATAC process. The AATUC provides advice to the AAT Council and SSO Director on the operational and development issues relating to the AAT.
