ESO survey summary

ESOWG Terms of Reference

1. Build the case for joining ESO in the context of other options for delivering Australian astronomy infrastructure.
2. Investigate the linkages between the SKA and ESO.
3. Create a capability map of Australian industry involvement in ESO contracts.
4. Develop the business case in alignment with other astronomy business cases, including that being developed by the ANZSCC.
5. Include societal and educational benefits of astronomy in any business case.

ESOWG Membership

The members of the ESOWG were appointed by agreement between AAL and the NCA.
